Многострочное текстовое поле / textarea

Подскажите, а можно ли это поле сделать с визуальным редактором? Или как-то по другому подключить визуальный редактор, например как в "mod_custom". Но как он там подключается, так и не понял (((

Написал плагин блокировки пользователей и нужно выводить надпись при срабатывани блокировки. А в распоряжении только стандартный "textarea", не очень удобно.

Joomla 3.4 ширина поля cols не соответствует указанному размеру. Почему?
